Refund policy
Returns
We want you to love your gummies! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at help@junonu.com with your order number and photos of the product.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.
